Well, I wouldn't say replaceable, but repairable. Techni-Tool sells what they call "circuit frames" that are sheets of copper foil with various pad/trace and other circuit board elements that you cut out and apply to the board. They look like this:
I can't find them listed on their web site but they're in their hardcopy catalog.
Short of something like the circuit frames, you could use eyelets.
