Several things re your situation:The bass traps should be in the corners, ESPECIALLY for any of the lower room modes to be affected.
The relatively high density of the pipe insulation is NOT optimum, and makes air leaks cause much more of a reduction in efficiency.
Even when the density matches that of loose fiberglass that has been compressed to a certain density, they do not seem to work as well. I am not sure for the reason for this, just an observation.
Finally, for the deepest room modes, the overall diameter (actually, internal air volume, which is ALSO reduced in this type of design using pipe insulation) needs to be as large as possible. The commercial ASC products go up to 16" in diameter, and it becomes VERY difficult to make a DIY one using the animal fencing method bigger than about 18" or so.
Given the dimensions of your room, it is not likely that the lower frequencies you mention will be supported very much, as the fundamental mode will be approx. 44 Hz, due to the length.
While the ceiling height does end up with a series of modes at 63 Hz, 126Hz, etc. these are also the power line hum frequencies, and can play havoc with measurements.
I would expect the other modes due to the length and width (44 Hz and 52 Hz) to show up too, and on a 1/3 oct. RTA, they should be visible.
