I haven't seen one or used one, but based on there description, it is made of a high strength aircraft grade aluminum, and uses a steel ball bearing. They also note that the weight limit is 80 kilograms I believe, which is much less than the 1000 lb limit for the Aurios. Steel vs aluminum, makes sense. I don't have any equipment that weighs more than 80 kilos, so not a problem for me, or many others I imagine. The finish they tell me is polished, so I don't think that contact resistance or surface roughness would be an issue. Again, the price is 1/3 of the Aurios, so it may be well worth trying....I would be interested in hearing from some users....
