It's not the wire rattling. 17 ga solid strand teflon insulated wire is pretty stiff (and annoying to work with, I nearly ripped the connector off the PCB!), but I'll check on the tiny speaker wire lead tinsel thingy, thanks!If it is indeed the tinsel, can that be fixed, or can I replace the driver? You suppose bose would juse sell me a new one? (ha!).
