Need your advise about a Hubble electric outlet I found

Hi,
I recently went to a local store who sale electronic parts. When looking for something,
I saw an electric outlet and was not able to resistâ€¦and I took it in my hands. It was very
heavy for an outlet and I take a look at the brand nameâ€¦.and yes it was a Hubble !
The outlet was only $1.00 ! I asked the guy why it was so cheap and he said that
they only have a few of them and want to sale them fast. The only bad thing with this
outlet is that it is made for one regular plug & one "twist lock" plug. I asked the
guy if they were sailing that kind of plug and the answer was no :-( . I decided to
take one outlet to show it to you and ask you the following questions :
1- Is it a good outlet ?
2- Is it possible to find some good "twist lock" plug today ???
3- Do you recommand me to use this outlet ??
