You could try a kite store. It's unlikely they'll stock tubes much larger than 6 or 7mm though. You could glue a bunch together for the required characteristics.BTW: I did manage to break one of my 5mm carbon fibre kite spars, once. It surprised me as much as it did the kite manufacturer. They are real strong.
