Hi,
I did some tweaks on my puccini, the design is the same to the Donizetti.
(1) I changed the 0.1u caps before the darlington bipolars to 0.1u Multicap RTX ( the unofficial page suggested to change it to 10u, I tried 10u Wima MKP, and found 0.1u RTX is more open and smooth)
(2) I also changed the 47p op-amp feedback caps from polypropylene to LCR polystyrene, immediately more detail and treble becomes more silky.
(3) Those 470u electrolytics were changed to blackgate, warmer mid-range and more punchy bass.
(4) All those DC blocking caps in the signal path were changed to Multicap PPFX, faster transient power, but a little bit forward IMO.
I'll change them to RTX later.p.s. Pls forgive my broken English :)
