My guess is that the problem is in the analog out circuit. I would trace the signal path using the DMM from the RCA's back through the circuit - visually following the traces and using the DMM to check for continuity to be sure that your are heading in the right direction. This way, you can find out if a resistor or cap is shorted or open - a cap will simply measure as an open however unless your DMM can measure capacitance - and if all is well back to the op-amps, I would recommend replacing the op-amp on the side of the circuit that is not playing any music. My guess is that if there are no bad joints, resistors or caps, that you have a bad op-amp, but I could be wrong. Op-amps are cheap.Good luck,
