may differ, but the old Daletech prior to Fluke taking over the company offered a LOW Leakage AC power cord less than 10uA per foot, IIRC. Claims was that in OR. and ER's the cables including sensors were thrown into the throughs on the sides of the room for the various diganostic machinery. Any AC leakage could compromise the readings.
I've made cables from the old Daletech and they were extremely "quiet". Unfortunately those low leakage cords are no longer available.
