Go to a nearby hardware store, maybe not a Home Depot but one of those smaller Mom and Pop stores and take a look at their selection of weather strip. Thick, thin, porous, non porous etc. You'll find something that will work for you.
I once used some stuff that was designed to line tool chest drawers with. It was thin and black and I bought it at SEARS, cut it with scissors.
