The writing on the shrink sleeve of mine is oriented parallel between the leads, with the longer lead being on top.
In other words, if you're holding these so you can read the "Rubycon Black Gate...etc." the leads are to the right, and the longer lead is at the 12:00 o'clock position, while the shorter lead is at the 6:00 o'clock position.
I'd be surprised if they got the shrink sleeve on them at exactly the same position for every one manufactured, but I suppose it's possible. Now that I think about it, they do keep the proper orientation for polarized electrolytics, so maybe they did for the non-polar as well.
