Rp = Re*Qms/Qes
Cp = Qes/(2*fs*Pi*Re)
Lp = Re/(2*fs*Pi*Qes)
where the conjugate(notch) is:
Rn = ((Qes + Qms)*Re)/Qms
Ln = (Qes*Re)/(2*fs*Pi)
Cn = 1/(2*fs*Pi*Qes*Re)
where the Zobel is
Rz = Re + Rms
Cz = Le/(Re*Rz)
