Got most of the circuit together last night except for the bias trannie. I measured the 10 ohm resistor upon initial startup and I was reading 1.5V which eventually settled down to .8V after 5 minutes. After some power cycling (10 minutes On, 10 minutes off) the voltage settled down to .06V. The driver circuitry is now performing like it is unloaded (which it was supposed to be doing). I think whatever was causing the capacitance got "burned" out (maybe Dave was on to something about solder flux leakage). This morning, I read .04V across the resistor right after startup and it settled down to .02V. I am measuring no AC voltage between the chassis and circuit ground. I hate to say it, but I think this problem is solving itself.Tom §.
