Well ya' know Tom it's kind of hard to troubleshoot from a distance without a schematic and all that, but I think I might disconnect the transformer and see if you measure the capacitance or a leakage from the windings to the core or if the problem is after the transformer. Are both transformers mechanically attached the same way to the chassis? Are you sure both cores are making contact with the chassis or are they supposed to be isolated? I assume the AC cords are unplugged during this capacitance measurement? You might have to methodically track it down just to be sure that nothing is really wrong!Dave
