Tweakers' Asylum Tweaks for systems, rooms and Do It Yourself (DIY) help. FAQ. |

The place that I work has a deal with an electronics distributor in town and I was wondering what the general consensus was on the quality of some of the parts they stock. In particular I was looking at some of the Corcom AC filers, namely the 10VDK1 and the 20VDK1, how useful would these be for line filtering an amplifier. As well as the resistors and capacitors from Robert G. Allen. in particular their Ultra Precision Metal Film Resistors and their polystyrene and polyproplene film capacitors. These would all be for use in an upgraded Leach Amp that I am planning on building.
Any thoughts would be helpful
