Thanks again for the clarification, it is always good to know where the person came from, so we can calibrate his/her comments. I too have an EE background, but have very limited knowledge on acoustic matters, and in real life, I think proper room treatment is much harder to design/control and implement (having a non-audiophile wife doesn't help either: you want to do what to the room?? are you out of your mind!) Pass the headphones, please ;-)JB8
