I know it's not a normal suggestion, but the best results I've gotten have been with thin copper foil. I rewired my Pass Labs X5 with runs of 1.5" copper foil, and there was a marked change in the sound (considering the original runs were stranded 10 gauge, that isn't much of a suprise). Just make sure you coat it thoroughly, or alternately, buy some of the Alphacore Goertz MI2 speaker cable from sonic frontiers...
