worst case scenario:at 80% power factor the load will draw 38.4kW resistive and 29kVA reactive inductive.
29kVA reactive capacitive will require a 1300ufd cap with a 300Vac or greater rating and UL listing.
at 0.020 ohms ESR, it will dissipate 288W.
