Tubing like this poses a problem from the standpoint of resonance control, it tends to flop around and "rattle", unless you fill it with something, or somehow restrict it's motion.Conductive teflon would not be superior to any other conductive polymer, in so far as I know, and would only really be usefull as an elkectrostatic shield outside the regualr shield, might soak up a bad case of RFI or something.
