I would scale their height by the appropriate amount, however, if the 12 feet is not all the way across, but only at the center, then it may not work, so then leave it the same.The amount of "action" from the pipe height is minimal, the big thing occurs from the lens action of the sound waves traveling through the pipe array broadside.
