Both are premium brands. I like the Silmic II and Cerafine better than both Nichicon Muse models.
All above are 20 year old electrolytics. Most of the advancements in electrolytics happened in quick succession in the '80's due to switching power supply needs.
The best electrolytic for power supply applications is the state of the art Panasonic FM.
For signal path applications find a way to fit a film/foil PP or if space is really at a premium, a metallized PP.
Panasonic offers 50 volt versions of PP and PPS (OFC leads) films which are very compact.
Digi-key for fresh stock. Avoid some of the popular tweak suppliers. They sell mostly old stock. I recently received a shipment of Nichicon Muse caps from a CO supplier who sent me 1997 date codes. Rejected! Electrolytics have a shelf life of 2-3 years at the very most, unless they are solid electrolytes (10 years).
