The room is about 12ftX18ft with a low ceiling of 6ft6inches. the truncated end is at the live end with about 2ft truncated off each side wall and 2ft each side of the front wall. I thought this would be ideal for a dedicated music room. My Vandy 2Ce's are now about 3ft from the front and 2ft from each side wall. This puts the speakers a little less that 8ft apart and my listening postion is about 8ft back from the speakers. I was able to lessen the 40hz peak a little by bringing the speakers further out into the room.
