The 10/100 stands for 10% +/- tolerance @ 100v. If it where me & I really liked the speakers & drivers were near perfect, I would replace the 4.7uf's with Auricap 4.7uf 200v & also the 10uf w/ Auricap 10uf 200v,..I would also replace the sand cast resistors with Mills resistors. i would leave all else alone. Make sure the Mills resistors are of exact value to what is there allready, just the ohm rating, the wattage rating will most likely be higher with the Mills, but this is of no concern.
