Thats ctually a big part of my business.
Go to your local engraving shop , select one that has some of the bigger CNC milling/engraving machines , use 3/5/6/10 mm thick 50xx or 60xx grade aluminium and design your own front plate , the CNC engraves should be able to mill and engrave it , for example , for a one off panel , lets say 45cm x 15cm in 6 mm ally (1/4") I would charge approximately $150 milled , anodised and colour filled.
Im not in USA so cant really help with who where etc.
fo Chassis , use ally as well , many places can bend the U shape you need , front and back panels can be made.
The box will often be the most expensive bit of a project , but if you do a poor job here , the thing looks like sh...t.
