I would use a FET input IC, such as the OPA 2134, or something even more expensive from the same vendor (TI-BurrBrown). Fet input will remove potential problems, give you the same slew rate as the Nat'l part, and I think the 4562 is overrated. Just look at the 1V distortion specs. They didn't even signal average, so as not to show (hide)the TRUE xover distortion, inherent in almost all op amps. By their OWN graphs, they are very low distortion, only at a few volts out. Lousy at more or less voltage. High feedback always gives low distortion numbers at some output.
