look into better vibration isolation. It sits on a low table along the wall about 6 feet in front of my 801s. I might try some sorbothane feet. The low table itself is well damped and the TT on top next to the SP-9 picks up nothing from a fairly solid wack on the table top. The TT sits on a 3" butcher block with sorbothane feet - I might try something similar the preamp. Thanks for the tips.
