If the Noise Harvester is patented or patent pending you should be able to get a copy of the patent from the Patent Office if you have the patent number. Patent laws allow an INDIVIDUAL to produce the patented item(s) for THEIR OWN USE ONLY. It is a violation of patent law to produce the patented item(s) and sell them. There are many lawyers examining patents in order to find a "significant" design change in order to circumvent the patent. Tarzan was right : "It's a jungle out there !"
