"where these two components are known as the restoring force and the damping force, although in the instransitive sense one could call this the dampening force, with due respect to Merriam Webster although perhaps in a somewhat cavalier disregard for the previous definition of the term acknowledged by educators from various universities."
Doc B., semi-literate, only lightly educated (just a degree in physics from Berkeley, and everyone knows those knuckleheads can't speak Inglish) and always an inflammable personality, irregardless of the way he is orientated
