I'm on broadband and my bandwidth exceeds 2MB/sec download.Loading AA sites (inc. Tweaker) takes about 1.5secs ave on my P-III 1.24GHz with 512MB Ram.
Unless you are on dialup, check your PC for possible virus infection, spywares, etc.
