Value of output coupling cap is VERY critical. It is very complicated to calculate, so some rule of thumb is used, and then measured to see if it fits. Scaling down is worse idea than going up in value. But going up is not good either as it may introduce unexpected results and cause problems. Unless someone has done thorough testing and measurment I do not believe you can just estimate what is better way to go. I say stay with what it is, it is VERY critical component. It is OK to change for better cap with less D factor ofcourse, no question here, only price.
