This is the whole point about having a discussion (especially on this topic). It's not *my* point of view, nor yours. It's everybody's.
But acquiescing can be interpreted as mere passivity, and allowance of such behavior. I won't acquiesce when someone throws trash on my front yard, or throws eggs on my car....and effectively, this guy is trashing this forum. I'll say and do something about it.But while TheBilbo's posts may be trash in the yard and eggs on the car, all the rancorous responses to his posts do is add a bunch of toilet paper in the trees. There's nothing positive that has come from any of this. I mean, do you honestly think calling him Dildo and taking polls about having him banned are going to make him cry and run away to his mommy, never to return?
I say if you want to say and do something about it, then use the Comment link in his posts and say and do something about it there. That's what it's there for.
And that's all I have to say on the matter.
Now, how 'bout those tweaks...
