For fine silver plate try Myron Toback. They sell in fairly small amounts although they do have a minimum.
The stock jumpers which come with most speakers are gold plated brass: bad stuff. Kimber makes a juoer in their select line. It is very good although not cheap at $250 per set, IIRC.
I find simply making a wire jumper will outperform most jumper plates. Much easier and the parts are very readily available. I did have fine silver sheet stock and tried making my own spades. It works well but now that they are commercially made I find it easier, and cosmetically nicer to use those. Sound Connections has a true OHFC spade gold plated, BTW.Good luck.
