Speaker Placement

Kenny - I'll have to double check, but I think mine are about 2' off the back wall too, maybe a little more, but I also have a 4" thick absorber back there, plus some diffuser tubes. This really helped smooth things out across all frequencies when I graphed the test tones, especially (surprisingly) in some upper frequencies as well as down low. But when listening, it really opened up the soundstage and dramatically improved the imaging. I have pictures somewhere if you are interested.
