I don't mean to sound rude, but why did you purchase a CLS for a pair of Maggies? You should have looked at either a pair of K1's or a Studio Ref 2 if you could find one.To solve your problem why don't you give Kip Whitehead a call over at Crown. He's really the right guy to talk too about your amp woes.
