"and I think Japanese DIYER are not that stupid to made some things that is not work"
1- It will work, but will it work as well as some other approaches?2- What makes you think that the average intelligence of Japanese DIYers is any higher than those of any nationality?
3- Anybody can put anything on the web, and many do. It just takes a home page which anyone can acquire. Seeing something on the web is no guarantee that the information is worth anything at all - there's some stuff on the web that's worth absolutely nothing. Why should Japan be free from misleading information on the web?
And finally, since neither you nor I can read Japanese, how do we know that what the text says is not something like "I had a great idea for building a bass trap and this is how I did it. Unfortunately it doesn't work."?
