I'm using them on interconnects and also on the barrels of WBT spades.I noticed a small but pleasant improvement in focus when I first tried them on the IC between my CDP and integrated amp a couple of years ago. As a result of that I also installed them on the other IC I had in the system at that time (to a tuner) and on my speaker cable spades and noticed a bit more of the same improvement. It's not big but it's there - maybe a little bit more improvement than Steve suggests on his web site but not less. Definitely not a 'do this first' tweak for dealing with vibration but beneficial when you've addressed a lot of bigger issues with vibration.
I haven't done a with/without comparison since shifting to a Grand Prix Audio Monaco rack. I simply kept them on everything when I made the move.
As Rob Thomas says, they're also a great talking point. When one acquaintance with a much more expensive system than mine noticed them and asked what they were, I replied "Interconnect dampers. Doesn't everyone use them?"
