Hi,
Have been matching zeners in my zener emitter follower circuit and have finally got zener matches of exact same specs per rail.. The problem(well not really) is I want an exact(sorry perfectionist) 15-15.3 volt match per rail, I have 15.9 per rail right now or 15.93 from emitter.. Can I use a series diode before transistor base to knock down .7 volt per rail, or can this induce any potential noise problems??...I know voltage wise this will work, but any suggestions on detrimental effects are welcome...
Colin
