There are many capacitor "flavors" to choose from out there. One thing to be aware of is that you want the highest quality caps in the series feed(s) to the drivers and you can use lesser quality ones in the shunt positions to save a little money.Solen should have all the caps you could possibly need. They have their high end line which is Solen and they have a budget line which is Bennic.
Kimber Kap capacitors are also a very good choice to use in the tweeter circuit.
Both of these products can be found at Parts Express or you can go straight to Solen for their caps.
Unless you can get the inductor specs from the speaker manufacturer for an exact replacement match, I would not change the inductors as the DC resistance of the inductor is used in conjuction with the drivers impedence to tune the circuit. Besides, your ROI will be small here.
A standard multimeter alone will not measure inductance. You would also need a resistance decade box and a stepdown transformer.
Or you could buy an inductance meter which is very hard to find and expensive to boot.Hope this helps,
kenster
