Hi KISThe Silmic 2 [RFS] seem to be a cut down and inferior version of the original Silmic 1 [ROS].
Like you I have tried the 2's and preffered the original Silmic capacitors.
Perhaps the 2's are a more cost effective Silmic type, it would be interesting to see prices value for value to see whether 2 was cheaper that 1. Not that price is everything but when costs come down performance generally follows.
Just my opinion :0)
