Re: SRA platforms

Well, when they said "night-and-day" difference, they pretty much meant superior in all regards: dynamics, detail, naturalness, you name it. Each of them said the SRA stuff was significantly better across the board. Good maple does add a nice degree of warmth and "naturalness" to the sound. Whether that's "accurate" or not is debatable. Dynamics will most definately NOT be a problem with the SRA stuff. It elevates dynamics to a shocking degree. It's effect on bass response is especially eye-opening. Don't take my word for it, though. There are several professional reviews out there. Just do a Google search. IMO, the Mapleshade stuff is good for what it is, but SRA is in another sonic universe. Just my opinion, of course. Take it for what it's worth.
