When I did the comparisons a few years ago, I found that the second process fleshed out even more musical information, produced an even quieter background, silkier high frequencies, and offered a more nuanced presentation overall. These A--B's were done with custom cabling and the Hubbell HBL5362's and HBL8300's. What I noticed particularly in the presentation was greater spatial information, more of that "low level detail" some talk about.I never looked back. All my cabling, outlets, line conditioning, whatever I offer in the marketplace is double-cryo treated....plus conditioning everything on the Cooker for an appropriate number of days/hours, depending on the part or product. Standard operating procedure since way back when.
