Last night I replaced 4 diodes in my Roksan Kandy CDP with Cree Silicon Carbide "high voltage" Schottky Diodes and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! PRAT levels are up dramatically, soundstage is wider and deeper and detail is through the roof. I've tried all the other tweaks - from bypass caps to Blackgates to power cords - and nothing has made such a dramatic difference. All for the princely sum of $5! There are 10 other diodes in the CDP that I'll replace over time, but for now the first 4 (off the tranny connection) are just amazing.
