Depending on how handy you are the best racks in the world IMO are one of the cheapest. Just make the shelves out of concrete and the spacers between shelves out of concrete. Knock up a timber mould, put in wet concrete and smooth off the top with a straight edge. When dry remove from mould and the bottom becomes the top (nice smooth surface.Paint, clad in timber or whatever you like to make them look good. Cast solid blocks to space the shelves the same way. Spikes on the bottom, rubber between spacers and shelves etc.
Off course all this is really only going to be worth it if you use a TT. In which case its priceless.
