Since the bed eats up most of the room, and I assume you have some sheets on it, you probably don't need to worry about first order reflections off the ground. You're probably sitting right in front of the wall, which isn't ideal, try hanging a sheet (with tape) behind the bed to absorb reflections, if it works you can find a more suitable wall hanging (tapestry, or whatever.)Try the same thing on your walls, and behind the speakers. Put the sheet about half way between the speakers and your listening position on the walls. Try putting pillows in the corners. If your audio stands ring, tape them up with friction tape (the stuff you put on hockey sticks), or fill them with sand.
