I tried ball bearings by themselfs with fairly good results. I am using large hex nuts now, laying on there sides. I did try the large hex nuts on there sides with the ball bearings inside(this created a stable placement for the ball and the balls created a point). All had reasonalbe results.I am looking for coupling not isolation as I am using a gatorboard clone shelf.
