Also what type of sound are you looking for? If you are looking for a top quality neutral cap go with a Teflon like the new V-caps. If you want more "flavor" go with audio note or jensen. If you don't feel like spending hundreds use polypropylene and tin foil.Many of the caps in a phono stage are small and use for RIAA and for those silver mica and/or polystyrene are adequate choices.
