Shame on John ! If you look at any audio schematic you will see that the input signal does not pass beyond the first active component i.e. transistor or op amp. Beyond that the signal is an analog of the input signal AND THAT ANALOG IS SUPPLIED BY YOUR POWER SUPPLY ! After all is said and done, YOU ARE LISTENING TO YOUR POWER SUPPLY !!Happy Listening !
