Ive really been putting some thoughts into the shelve design and have come up with a few differant ideas mostly based on the Symposium type of shelf. I was thinking of the regular aluminum/foam/aluminum, MDF/foam/MDF, and maybe even alum/foam/alum/foam/alum. I can get the aluminum for free but im not sure it will be thick enough, its a little thinner than a 1/16th of an inch, how thick do most people use?? Think by using the double sandwich three alum. two foam I could get by using the thin aluminum? What do you use to attach?? Contact adhesive??
