Have you tried using a lens cleaner in your player? Perhaps the lens is dirty (does happen over time). I suppose other possible causes might be that the focussing or tracking of the laser assembly are out of adjustment, or if you've had the player a long time, it might need a new laser.Cheers, Jon.
