The buffer is hard to find and if you do it may be expensive. You can try Walt Jungs improved Diamond buffer, this is made with dicrete components and is suppose to sound really nice. I made this buffer for the output of a LT1115 opamp and on the scope looked great but have finished the preamp project yet. If you want the schematic for this buffer you can find it on Walt Jung website in the PDF files.Steve.
